I won a giveaway contest by Lyre’s on Instagram! My first time winning a raffle! They sent us two bottles of their Highland Malt and a surprise bottle of their American Malt. I tried the Highland Malt neat today and wow 🤩 It is so good! It doesn’t hit you upfront but then the flavor comes and it tastes like whiskey! It also has some spiciness at the back that kind of feels like alcohol. Very nice! I used it in this non-alcoholic Manhattan and this is definitely going to be a regular in our household.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Non-Alcoholic Whiskey (I used Lyre’s Highland Malt)
• 1 oz Non-Alcoholic Sweet Vermouth (I used Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso)
• 3 dashes All The Bitter Aromatic Bitters (discount code MOCKTAILWIZ10 for 10% off!)
• Luxardo cherry for garnish

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients in a mixing glass
2. Add ice and stir for 8-10 seconds
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
4. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry
