This is my alcohol-free take on the classic Aviation cocktail. I used All The Bitter New Orleans Bitters to get a little bit of that cherry bitterness in place of the cherry liqueur. I also used a little bit of Violet Syrup for a little sweetness and for that nice color.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin Alternative (Ritual Zero Proof | 20% Off Code: RZPMOCKTAILWIZ)
- 3 dashes New Orleans Bitters (All The Bitter | 10% Off Code: MOCKTAILWIZ10)
- 0.5 oz Violet Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- Luxardo cherry for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a shaker full of ice
- Shake for 8-10 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry
