Harry and Hagrid are back with a Halloween mocktail! I modified my butterbeer recipe from last year to make it more simple and to add a little kick to it. This time, I added @ritualzeroproof rum alternative which worked really well with the butter toffee flavors of this nonalcoholic butterbeer!
Want to make it kid-friendly? Just skip the rum alternative and you have a yummy dessert drink that will sure please the young ones!

Ingredients:
⚡️Vanilla Foam⚡️
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Syrup
⚡️Butterbeer ⚡️
- 1/4 oz Brown Butter Toffee Syrup (@monin )
- 1 1/2 oz Rum Alternative (@ritualzeroproof )
- 8 oz Cream Soda
Instructions:
- To make the foam, whisk the whipping cream and vanilla syrup together.
- To make the butterbeer, add brown butter toffee syrup, rum alternative, and cream soda in a clear mug or a beer stein.
- Top with vanilla foam.
