This is my non-alcoholic version of a Keoke Coffee. The Keoke Coffee originated from Bully’s Steakhouse in San Diego. The owner George Bullington invented the drink that was first known as George’s Coffee until a Hawaiian chef suggested they call it the Hawaiian version of his name, Keoke.
The original recipe calls for Brandy which I substituted with non-alcoholic Spiced Rum. It also calls for crème de cacao which I substituted with a little bit of chocolate syrup. I also added @allthebitter Chocolate Mole Bitters because why not?!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz @lyresspiritco Spiced Cane
- 3/4 oz Lyre’s Coffee Originale
- 3 dashes @allthebitter Chocolate Mole Bitters
- 1/2 tsp Chocolate Syrup
- 4 oz coffee
- Whipped Cream
Instructions:
- Mix spiced cane, coffee originale, chocolate mole bitters, chocolate syrup, and coffee in a warm mug or an Irish Coffee mug.
- Top with whipped cream.
Cheers! 🍹⚡️
