I know it is almost fall but we are having a heat wave in SoCal 😅 so this drink is perfect for a hot weekend that’s coming up. Instead of vodka, I used @ritualzeroproof ‘s gin alternative and added leftover strawberries to make it even more refreshing. Try it out! It is delicious! 😉

Ingredients:

• 3 Strawberries (chopped)
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Juniper Simple Syrup or Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Gin Alternative
• 3-4 oz Ginger Beer
• Strawberry, Mint Sprig, and Dehydrated Lime for garnish

Instructions:

1. In your shaker glass, muddle strawberries then add lime juice, juniper simple syrup, and gin alternative
2. Add ice and shake
3. Strain into a mule copper mug full of ice
4. Top with ginger beer
5. Garnish with a strawberry slice, mint sprig, and dehydrated lime
