This is my non-alcoholic version of an Amaretto Sour. I know that the flavors of cherry and almond go well together so I used cherry syrup and ATB barrel-aged New Orleans Bitters in this recipe. Also, @lyresspiritco Amaretti and Highland Malt is one of my favorite combos!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Lyre’s Amaretti
- 1 oz Lyre’s Highland Malt
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Cherry Syrup (from jar of maraschino cherries)
- 1 Egg White
- 2 dashes Barrel-Aged New Orleans Bitters (All The Bitter | 10% Off Code: MOCKTAILWIZ10)
- Lemon wheel and Luxardo cherry for garnish
Instructions:
- In a shaker glass, combine all ingredients except garnish.
- Dry shake (without ice) for 10-12 seconds.
- Wet shake (with ice) for 8-19 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with lemon wheel and luxardo cherry.
