Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day, or just a regular Tuesday on the 14th, this version of espresso martini is definitely a treat! @lyresspiritco ‘s Coffee Originale is one my favorites. I hope you try this recipe!

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Lyre’s Coffee Originale
• 1 oz Lyre’s White Cane Spirit
• 1 oz Espresso
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Strawberry Milk (I used Lucerne)
• Chocolate Syrup and a Strawberry for garnish

Instructions:

• In a shaker glass, add all ingredients except for garnish.
• Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds.
• Strain into a chilled, chocolate syrup-rimmed cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a strawberry.
