I’ve been taking two ginger shots daily the past few days trying to fight this ‘budding’ cold. It’s been rainy this whole week in Southern California and I’m starting to feel a little ill. I thought of adding a little bit of ginger shot in this hot toddy recipe and it’s delicious, comforting, and soothing! Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz @ritualzeroproof Whiskey Alternative
- 3/4 oz Ginger Shot (I used @drinksolti – they are on sale at Albertsons or you can use my code MOCKTAILWIZ to get 15% off if you order online)
- 3/4 oz @liquidalchemist Apple Spice Syrup
- 3-4 oz Hot Water
- Apple slice and star anise for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a mug.
- Stir lightly.
- Garnish with apple slice and star anise.
- Enjoy while still hot.
