Another holiday-themed, non-alcoholic cocktail for you this #MocktailMonday! This one is made with just 3 ingredients! I decided to use Gingerbread Ice Cream not only to get the gingerbread flavor but also to make it more creamy, but not too much. Plus, this is your excuse to get a pint of gingerbread ice cream. Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Lyre’s Coffee Originale
- 1.5 oz Lyre’s Highland Malt
- 1 tbsp Gingerbread Ice Cream
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker glass.
- Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds.
- Strain into a gingerbread-rimmed cocktail glass (I used a little simple syrup to wet the rim of the glass then dipped it into crushed gingerbread cookies)
