Irish Coffee

“Irish” Coffee

Irish Coffee but make it non-alcoholic, and American 😅.

It’s the first day of winter so I thought I’d give you something warm and nice. I used @lyresspiritco ‘s American Malt in this recipe. It adds a nice flavor that adds complexity to the drink. I drink my coffee black so I didn’t add any sugar in the coffee itself but feel free to add 1 tsp of brown sugar if you’d like. Also, the vanilla foam is so good and not overly sweet. It tastes like vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients:

For the vanilla foam –

  • 1/8 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (I got mine from @amazonfresh )
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Syrup

For the ‘Irish Coffee’ –

  • 1.5 oz Lyre’s American Malt (@lyresspiritco )
  • 6 oz Black Coffee (Hot)
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar (optional)
Instructions:
  1. To make the vanilla foam, combine heavy whipping cream and vanilla syrup and whip lightly.
  2. In an Irish coffee mug, add American Malt, coffee, and sugar (if using). Stir.
  3. Top with the vanilla foam.

Cheers! 🍹⚡️
