This is a zero-proof version of the cocktail called Jungle Bird. It is refreshing, a little sweet, and a little bitter. You have to try this if you haven’t yet!

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Aperitif Alternative
• 2 oz Rum Alternative
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• Garnish: Pineapple Slice

Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients, add ice, and shake for 10-12 seconds.
2. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
3. Garnish with a pineapple slice.
