This is my non-alcoholic take on a Negroni Sour. I used @drinkfreespirits ‘ Spirit of Milano (one of my faves these days) and Gin. I also added a little bit of @allthebitter orange bitters which worked really well. Such a great combo! The foam ended up tasting a bit sweet and bitter which was nice. Definitely a must-try!

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz NA Italian Aperitif
• 1.5 oz NA Gin
• 0.5 oz Orange Simple Syrup
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 3 dashes Orange Bitters
• Orange Peel for Garnish

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (except for garnish).
2. Without adding any ice, do a dry shake.
3. Add ice and this time do a wet shake.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel.
