So good! 🎵 Negroni is probably my favorite cocktail. Switch the gin with bourbon whiskey and it becomes a Boulevardier. I used @lyresspiritco ‘s new Highland Malt in this Non-Alcoholic version of a Boulevardier and like the song I used says, it’s so good!

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Non-Alc Bitter Aperitif (Lyre’s Italian Orange)
• 1 oz Non-Alc Sweet Vermouth (Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso)
• 1.5 oz Non-Alc Whiskey (Lyre’s Highland Malt)
• Orange peel for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a mixing glass, combine the three non-alcoholic spirits
2. Add ice and stir for 8-10 seconds
3. Strain into a rocks glass with a big cube of ice
4. Express orange oil into the glass and garnish with an orange peel
