Sometimes you just need a sangria especially when it’s hot outside. Good thing there are de-alcoholized red wines now and this one from Ariel Vineyards is the best cabernet sauvignon I’ve had so far. I also used Sobreo ‘s French Gentian which is a little sweet and citrusy but I like the bitterness that it adds to the drink too! And to further elevate that complexity, I’ve added 4 dashes of non-alcoholic aromatic bitters from All The Bitter ! I finished it off with a little bit of fresh orange juice to brighten it up. This one’s so good, you won’t miss the alcohol!
Ingredients:
- 4 oz De-alcoholized Cabernet Sauvignon
- 2 oz Sobreo French Gentian (Discount code: MOCKTAILWIZ15 for 15% off)
- 4 dashes All The Bitter Non-Alcoholic Aromatic Bitters (Discount code: MOCKTAILWIZ10 for 10% off)
- 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
Instructions:
- In a stemless wine glass full of ice, add orange slices, de-alcoholized red wine, Sobreo French Gentian, non-alcoholic aromatic bitters, and orange juice
- Stir until all ingredients are combined
- Garnish with an orange peel in a spear
- Enjoy!
