Here’s a twist on the classic French 75. In this mocktail, I used @lyresspiritco ‘s Pink London Spirit to make it a bit fruity. I also used Rose syrup to add a subtle floral sweetness. Finished it off with @sipzilch Rosé Bubbles instead of the usual champagne. Delicious!

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz NA Pink Gin (I used @lyresspiritco)
• 0.75 oz Rose Syrup (I used @monin
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 3 oz Sparkling Rosé (I used @sipzilch )

Instructions:

1. In a shaker, combine Pink Gin, Rose Syrup, and Lemon Juice. 
2. Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds. 
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. 
4. Top off with Sparkling Rosé.
