Aviation (Alcohol-Free)

This is my alcohol-free take on the classic Aviation cocktail. I used All The Bitter New Orleans Bitters to get a little bit of that cherry bitterness in place of the cherry liqueur. I also used a little bit of Violet Syrup for a little sweetness and for that nice color.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin Alternative (Ritual Zero Proof | 20% Off Code: RZPMOCKTAILWIZ)
• 3 dashes New Orleans Bitters (All The Bitter | 10% Off Code: MOCKTAILWIZ10)
• 0.5 oz Violet Syrup
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• Luxardo cherry for garnish

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a shaker full of ice
2. Shake for 8-10 seconds
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
4. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry
