Blueberry Sage Spritz

Want to spice up your non-alcoholic Sparkling Brut? Add fruits and herbs! This mocktail recipe uses blueberries and sage. A pairing that is sure to delight the senses!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 3 Sage Leaves
  • 1 oz Blueberry Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz FRE Sparkling Brut

Instructions:

  1. To make the blueberry syrup: simmer 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar, 4oz of blueberries, and 1/4 tsp lemon juice for 8 minutes. Press the blueberries with a wooden spoon. Add more water if it gets too thick. Rest for 10mins.
  2. In a shaker glass, muddle the blueberries together with the blueberry syrup.
  3. Add lemon juice and sage leaves.
  4. Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds.
  5. Double strain into a coupe glass.
  6. Gently pour FRE Sparkling Brut.
  7. Garnish with sage leaves and blueberries.
