Hibiscus Sunrise
I am now a *certified* mixologist! I took @abarabove ’s mixology certification course and I learned a lot! It is self-paced and online so I was able to take it during my free time. I was also able to use non-alcoholic spirits in the home work and in the final practical test. I highly recommend it!

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Hibiscus Tea-Infused Gin Alternative (I steeped a hibiscus teabag in 6 oz of Gin Alternative for 1 hour - this is good for 3 servings)
- 1 oz Ginger Syrup (I used @liquidalchemist )
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Egg White
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Without adding ice, dry shake for 15-20 seconds.
- Add ice and wet shake for 15 seconds.
- Put a big cube of ice in a lowball glass then strain the mixture into the glass.
- Express lemon oil on the foam by squeezing a lemon peel into.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
