Nimbu Pani Lychee

Thank you to @gobollygood for gifting me their delicious sparkling beverages! Bollygood produces Indian-inspired sparkling beverages based on a Nimbu Pani - a drink that has been enjoyed for centuries in India. It’s a refreshing beverage, often made from a blend of lemon or lime, herbs and spices, plus cane sugar and water.

When I went to India a few years ago, I remember having some delicious lychee juices so I thought of adding some lychee flavor to this Nimbu Pani. Also added some more lemon juice to balance the sweetness of lychee and some non-alcoholic gin for an added kick.

Ingredients:

  • 5 pcs Lychee
  • 1.5 oz Non-Alc Gin (I used @ritualzeroproof )
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 5 Mint Leaves
  • 5 oz @bollygood Lemon Ginger Mint
  • Mint for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker glass, muddle 5 pcs of Lychee.
  2. Add in the Non-Alc Gin, Lemon Juice, and Mint Leaves.
  3. Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds.
  4. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with Bollygood Lemon Ginger Mint.
  6. Garnish with Mint.
