Port of Spain

This is a non-alcoholic version of the cocktail called Port of Spain. I chose this recipe to highlight the aromatic spices of @bablouieco_us . This requires a lot of bitters so make sure you are using an alcohol-free version if you’re avoiding alcohol. Regular aromatic bitters have high alcohol content so please be warned. The aromatic bitters work really well with the smoky and spicy mezcal from @drinkmonday . Hope you like this recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz Non-Alcoholic Aromatic Bitters (@bablouieco_us )
  • 1 1/2 oz Non-Alcoholic Mezcal (@drinkmonday )
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • Dehydrated lime wheel for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
