V-Day Mimosa

Here’s a quick and pretty Valentine/Galentine-themed mocktail for you. If you are a subscriber of @weareraisingthebar , the rose ice mold was part of their December box and it is so handy! Very easy to make any mocktail extra beautiful. I used blackcurrant concentrate in this recipe but feel free to use any dark-colored juice (Cranberry or Grape juice would work too). @Getgruvi ‘s Dry Secco is really good and it is so convenient that it comes in single serve bottles!

Ingredients:

  • Blackcurrant Rose Ice
  • 3oz @getgruvi Dry Secco

Instructions:

  1. Put rose ice into a coupe glass then pour in the Dry Secco.
  2. You can also do this in reverse order - whatever is easier for you. Also, you can keep topping off your mocktail with Dry Secco as long as the rose ice is there.

Cheers! 🍹⚡️
