Zero-Proof El Diablo

This is my take on the classic cocktail 🔥El Diablo🔥 but without the alcohol. I used Ritual Zero Proof‘s award-winning Tequila Alternative. In place of creme de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur), I used blackcurrant concentrate. A must try!

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Tequila Alternative (Ritual Zero Proof – MOCKTAILWIZ for 10% off)
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Blackcurrant Concentrate
• 2-3 oz Ginger Beer
• Dehydrated lime for garnish

Instructions:

1. Combine tequila alternative, lime juice, and blackcurrant concentrate in your shaker
2. Add ice and shake for 8-10 seconds
3. Strain into a tall glass full of ice
4. Top off with ginger beer
5. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel
