I’ve been making this drink for myself for a while now so I thought why not share the recipe with you all? @gatherbeverageco ‘s Gather Drive is delicious and I found that it goes really well with pineapple. It has hops and ginger so I thought to dial up that ginger a little bit with ginger syrup. I also floated an ounce of @ritualzeroproof rum alternative to pack it with more flavor!

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gather Drive (@gatherbeverageco )
• 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup (@liquidalchemist )
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Rum Alternative (@ritualzeroproof )

Instructions:

1. Combine Gather Drive, ginger syrup, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice then shake for 10-12 seconds.
3. Strain into a fancy glass filled with ice.
4. Float 1 oz of rum alternative on top.
5. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
