If you like strong mocktails like me, try this one. It’s spicy, it’s bitter, it’s sweet, it is complex. Let me know if you do try it!

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Tequila Alternative (@ritualzeroproof)
• 1 oz Aperitif Alternative (@ritualzeroproof)
• 1 oz Non-Alc Red Wine (@noughty
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 droppers Chocolate Mole Bitters (@allthebitter)
• Orange peel for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except for garnish.
2. Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with an orange peel.
