Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Non-Alc Gin (Lyre’s)
• 1.5 oz Non-Alc Dry Vermouth (Lyre’s)
• 1.5 oz Sobreo French Gentian (Sobreo Cocktail Mixers | 15% Off Code: MOCKTAILWIZ15)

Instructions:

1. In a mixing glass, add all ingredients.
2. Add ice and stir for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass with a big chunk of ice.
4. Express the oil of a lemon peel and put the peel into the mixture.
