Blue Monster

Halloween mocktail but make it cute! In case you didn’t know, lychee, mint, and elderflower taste so good together!

Ingredients:

• 4 pcs Lychee
• 0.5 oz Lychee Syrup
• 1 oz Blue Curacao Syrup
• 7 Mint Leaves
• Juice from 1/2 lime
• 2 oz Gin Alternative (Ritual Zero Proof – MOCKTAILWIZ for 10% off)
• 2-3 oz Elderflower Tonic
• 2 Lychees with a blueberry tucked inside of it, and a mint sprig

Instructions:

1. Muddle lychee, lychee syrup, and blue curacao syrup together
2. Add lime juice, mint leaves, and gin alternative
3. Muddle mint lightly
4. Shake with a lot of ice for 10-12 seconds
5. Double strain into a lowball glass with ice
6. Top off with elderflower tonic and mix
7. Garnish with your lychee “eyeballs” in a cocktail pick and top with mint sprig “eyebrows”
