Cherry Amaretti

This is my non-alcoholic version of an Amaretto Sour. I know that the flavors of cherry and almond go well together so I used cherry syrup and ATB barrel-aged New Orleans Bitters in this recipe. Also, @lyresspiritco Amaretti and Highland Malt is one of my favorite combos!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Lyre’s Amaretti
  • 1 oz Lyre’s Highland Malt
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Cherry Syrup (from jar of maraschino cherries)
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 dashes Barrel-Aged New Orleans Bitters (All The Bitter | 10% Off Code: MOCKTAILWIZ10)
  • Lemon wheel and Luxardo cherry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker glass, combine all ingredients except garnish.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-12 seconds.
  3. Wet shake (with ice) for 8-19 seconds.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with lemon wheel and luxardo cherry.
