“Irish” Coffee
Irish Coffee but make it non-alcoholic, and American 😅.
It’s the first day of winter so I thought I’d give you something warm and nice. I used @lyresspiritco ‘s American Malt in this recipe. It adds a nice flavor that adds complexity to the drink. I drink my coffee black so I didn’t add any sugar in the coffee itself but feel free to add 1 tsp of brown sugar if you’d like. Also, the vanilla foam is so good and not overly sweet. It tastes like vanilla ice cream!
Ingredients:
For the vanilla foam -
- 1/8 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (I got mine from @amazonfresh )
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Syrup
For the ‘Irish Coffee’ -
- 1.5 oz Lyre’s American Malt (@lyresspiritco )
- 6 oz Black Coffee (Hot)
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- To make the vanilla foam, combine heavy whipping cream and vanilla syrup and whip lightly.
- In an Irish coffee mug, add American Malt, coffee, and sugar (if using). Stir.
- Top with the vanilla foam.
Cheers! 🍹⚡️
