Flower Sour

Thank you to HipStirs for sending me their Lavender Haze syrup. It is deliciously floral so I decided to make a drink that would elevate its flavor. I used Butterfly Pea Tea to infuse Ritual’s Gin Alternative. I think the floral notes of the syrup and the herbal flavor of the tea really go well together.

Also, Miley’s new song “Flowers” is really catchy. Thought it would be perfect for this Flower Sour drink!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, add all ingredients and shake without ice for 10 seconds.
  2. Add ice into the shaker and shake for about 10 seconds more.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a lavender sprig.
