Lemon & Mint Fizz

A quick, easy, and refreshing drink perfect for the summer! The mint syrup (recipe below) can be refrigerated and used for about a month. You can also use it in a virgin mojito!

Mint Simple Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sugar (or sugar alternative, I use monkfruit sweetener)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2/3 cup of mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
  2. Continuously mix the ingredients until the sugar dissolves
  3. Turn off heat when it starts boiling
  4. Let cool, store in a jar, and refrigerate

Lemon & Mint Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz mint simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp orange blossom water (optional), I got mine from Total Wine
  • club soda or premium tonic water
  • mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice
  2. Add in mint simple syrup, lemon juice, and orange blossom water
  3. Stir until well combined
  4. Top with club soda or premium tonic water
  5. Garnish with mint sprigs
  6. Stir before drinking
