Mojito
This version of Mojito is low in calories, uses only 3 ingredients, and non-alcoholic. It is refreshing, delicious, and so easy to make. When I stopped drinking back in June, this was one of my go-to drinks. Perfect for those who don’t have access to non-alcoholic spirits. If you have access to Non-Alcoholic Spirits, I highly recommend adding 2oz of Lyre’s White Cane Spirit.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole lime (3 wedges for the drink, 1 wedge for garnish)
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves
- 7.5 oz Diet Lemon-Lime Soda
Instructions:
- In a highball glass, muddle 3 lime wedges.
- Add mint leaves and muddle lightly.
- Add a lot of ice then pour diet lemon-lime soda.
- Stir, add a straw, and garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves.
