Pink Lady

This is my non-alcoholic take on the classic White Lady, but make it ✨pink✨

I used @lyresspiritco ‘s Pink London Spirit which is their version of Pink Gin. It has a nice flavor that’s a little bit floral and has notes of berries. This non-alcoholic cocktail is such a pleasant drink with a nice texture. Please try it out and let me know what you think!

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Lyre’s Pink London Spirit
• 1 oz Lyre’s Orange Sec
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White

Instructions:

1. In a shaker, combine all ingredients and shake with no ice (Dry Shake) for 10-12 seconds.
2. Add ice into the shaker and shake for 10-12 seconds more.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon peel.
